A. We are in our fourth year of being an externally-audited PCI Level 1 Services Provider and are also SAS 70 Type II audited in order to ease Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for our merchants. In addition, we support the Safe Harbor Principles and adhere to the provisions of the European Data Privacy Act.
