What is a Siamese Cat?
The Siamese cat is a breed of domestic cat known for its two-tone coloring, or points, on its ears, face, tail and feet. Early, or traditional, Siamese cats had more of a stocky build almost like the Burmese, while show, or modern, Siamese cats have a more elongated, sleek look. The point colors vary and the Cat Fanciers Association recognizes four point colors: seal, chocolate, blue and lilac.
