How is ecch governed?
ecch is an independent, educational, non-profit, membership based organisation and a registered charity with no share capital. ecch at Cranfield is governed by its Memorandum and Articles of Association. An honorary executive committee, elected from ecch member organisations, establishes ecch policy and oversees operations. An honorary board of directors supervises the operations of ecch at Babson.
