Plumeria, also called frangipani, is a small tree or bush native to tropical America that can grow up to 30 feet high. When flowering, the blooms range from a yellow color to pink to dark red. Most people propagate plumeria from cuttings because there is a higher success rate from cuttings rather than seeds.
