All employees may choose to view & print their W-2 online. To sign up for the Online W-2, employees need to register by going to the link provided and clicking on eW-2. The W-2 Electronic Acceptance/Withdraw Disclosure page will appear and ask you to Consent or Decline the terms of use required by the IRS regulations. Employees may register by giving their consent to view their W-2 online by clicking on the I Consent check box on the W-2 Electronic Acceptance/Withdraw Disclosure page. After checking the I Consent checkbox employees will no longer need to register for the following tax years.
