A MOPS Council meeting is an annual or semi-annual gathering of local MOPS Steering Team leaders from a particular Council. A typical Council is made up of between 10-20 groups and is managed by a Council Coordinator; or if not available, an Area Coordinator. She offers support to the MOPS groups in her Council and offers a training Council on a regular basis.
