How Do You Make Hot Cinnamon Toothpicks?

0

Remember these when you were a kid? They are simple and low cost to make. If you’ve never had them, then you will find a new found love for cinnamon. Great for smoking cessation, diabetics-No sugar, and fresh breath. Purchase the cinnamon bark oil at a health food store. Ask for it if you don’t see it, or they can order it for you. Pour 2 ounces of the oil into the jar. Add the wooden toothpicks. The round type are best. Replace the lid and shake the contents until all the toothpicks are covered. Let them soak for a day or longer if you want them hotter. Experiment this to satisfy your tolerance to the temperature. Save the unused oil and you can reuse it. Let them dry on waxed paper. Not paper towels. After they are dry, store them in an airtight container. I use prescription bottles, etc.
