I would go for 16 hh and up. I’m just a little shorter than you and at the school I ride at (I sadly don’t own my own horse *cry*) I ride a 17.1 hh horse and I absolutely love him. He seems to be perfect for me. If I was to buy a horse right now (I would be running around in circles screaming with joy, but thats beside the point) I would go for a horse around 16.3 + Find a few horses that you are interested in and ride them, all horses are different so you just have to find the one perfect for you.
