How can a hip hop artist adapt to today’s world in the music industry? Face it, music is changing because of digital downloads. Both artists and record labels are constantly trying to adapt to this drastic change in the music world today. Record sales are declining and people don’t know what to do about it. How in the world will an upcoming artist have a chance to make it in the rap game if labels feel that marketing them is a risk? I have found a solution to this madness. I believe hip hop artists need more direction in order to succeed.
