To use the BASF program and one of our mediators, you must complete the Mediation Consent form (23KBPDF) and file it and the administrative fee with BASF. You may request a specific mediator from our web site and indicate your choice on the Mediation Consent form when you open a case. Or you may ask us to assign a mediator depending on the legal area of expertise you have requested. Then after a careful conflicts check, BASF will confirm the assignment. If you are not happy with the assignment you may ask for a different mediator for any reason.
