On the Create Account page under license type choose “I do not have a license”. You can leave the license field on the create account screen blank as long as you chose the option I do not have a license from the drop down menu under license type.

In the license field on the registration page enter whatever you would like to show on the certificate of completion. The following are some examples that you can substitute in the license field: (1) — (2) 000 (3) Pre-licensure hours.
