Do you have a pair of pants that would really be better as shorts or capris? Follow these steps for a simple transformation. Put on your pants. Decide how long or short you want them to be. Once you’ve decided on the new length, make a mark on the pants with a piece of chalk. Take the pants off and lay them flat on a table or floor.
