What does a course consist of?
A great big sea of cones! Just kidding. Usually an AutoX course are made up of (but not limited to) 3 basic elements: Slalom, offset gates, and sweeper, all of which are implemented using traffic cones. Course maps are provided at the beginning of each event for drivers to walk and familiarize themselves with the day’s course.
The Accredited Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering course run by the council consists of a total of six hours of tuition on food hygiene, covering the following subjects: • costs of poor hygiene • food poisoning and food-borne diseases • how germs grow in food • contamination of food • prevention of food poisoning • improving personal hygiene • storage and temperature control • preparation, cooking and cooling of food • construction and design of food premises • cleaning and disinfecting • pest control • food hygiene law requirements • control of food safety risks • hazard analysis This course is held at Brighton Town Hall costs £52 per person. The Infinite Balance programme incorporates both practical and theoretical studies that are specifically for use by qualified Therapists. The foundation Course is a single day course with further developemental courses running after that periodically. Each course takes a maximum of 4 people, ensuring that each student receives close tuition throughout the day with one to one help when needed.
