Images download from the Images Library as Zip files and can be opened with WinZip for Windows or Stuffit Expander for Mac OS. There are some incompatibilities with Zip downloads and other extraction methods; be sure you are using the newest version of these utilities to extract the files from the Zip archive. If you continue to have trouble please use the Contact Us page and select “Image Library” as the subject, to contact the Image Library administrator.

I had no one of like issues, but probably one of the best solution might become the next tool from Inet. It was found out some time ago and demonstrated quite helpful facilities for resolving such troubles – fix a zip file.
