Deciding on a name for the website which evolved into an organization was more difficult than one might think. We finally decided that PLWP (People “Living” With Parkinson’s) would include family and friends of the PWP (people with Parkinson’s). From the beginning PLWP was meant for everyone effected by this exasperating disease.
