How Do You Remove Weatherbug?
WeatherBug is an add-on that displays the local weather on the user’s desktop. The program starts every time the computer does and runs continually in the task tray. While the program is not ad or spyware, it is difficult to remove from a system. Using “Add or Delete Programs” only removes some of the program files and the little bug still keeps popping up. The best way to totally rid your computer of the WeatherBug is removing the program files manually. Hold down the CTRL, ALT and DEL at the same time or click “Start” and type “taskmgr” in the Run box. Click “OK” to open the Windows Task Manager. Select the “Processes” tab and click “Image Name.” Choose “WeatherBug.exe.” and choose “End Process.” Close out of the Task Manager. Go to “Start” and type “regedit” in the Run box. Cclick “OK” to open the Registry Editor. Select the first folder in the left-hand pane: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT. Hold down the “Ctrl” and press the “F” key to open the registry search box. Type “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Softw
