How Do You Make Eggnog Custard Pie?
I like Eggnog and I like Custard Pie so when all these pie recipes started surfacing I thought I’ve got to try this one. With Thanksgiving and Christmas right around the corner I thought this was a good time to try this new recipe for Eggnog Custard Pie. Some of the recipes I’ve made lately were from days when I was younger, some have come from Curves ladies. Either way my kitchen is much warmer and smelling really good now days. I hope you enjoy this recipe for Eggnog Custard Pie. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Prick a few holes in the bottom of piecrust and bake 15 minutes to partially cook. To make your filling, beat together in large bowl eggnog, eggs, vanilla and brandy (if you are using it.) Add sugar, salt and nutmeg, mix well. Pour into pie crust. Put in oven and bake 25 minutes.
