Do Llamas Actually Spit?
Yes Llamas do spit at people, but only if they think of humans as other llamas. If you let them raise themselves and don’t bottle feed them or over socialize them then they won’t consider humans to be other llamas and they won’t spit at people. They spit to establish rank in the herd.
