I havent tried it myself, but I know that it works under Wine. I am looking into creating a version of WinSpice which runs natively on Linux using an open-source, cross-platform windows library. This should mean that the Windows and Linux versions will operate almost identically on both platforms. A Linux version will be available in 2010.
