JDC is an intensive treatment program for juvenile repeat offenders in cases involving drugs. Clients and their families are required to meet for counseling approximately three times a week. They are held accountable for their total behavior through weekly appearances before a judge who can sanction them with community service or jail time. Who is eligible? Any juvenile repeat offender, whose behavior is suspected of being impacted by drug use or involvement with drugs, is eligible for the program. Assessments are conducted to ensure that candidates have the resources and understanding to be successful in the program. Signs that your child may be a candidate for JDC. If your child is repeatedly getting into trouble with the law due to drug related delinquent behavior and their home and school behavior is out of control, your child may be an excellent candidate for our program.
