DIO Toothfoam is easy to use and it can be applied with or without a toothbrush making it pefect for travelling, work or in a hand bag. We recommend spraying 1 to 2 squirts into your mouth and swishing it around for 30 seconds. Then using a soft toothbrush gently brush your teeth for at least two minutes. A good dental routine is to brush your teeth twice a day and floss one time each day.
