What exactly is a “WebCard”?
A WebCard is a subscription to the Starpath Online Resources and Training tools. It is analogous to a modern public library card that you use online. To possess a Starpath WebCard means you possess a user name and a password that can be used to login to the Resources sections of starpath.com. There are no physical “cards” involved in the actual access to the site, although we do use some printed “WebCards” to distribute information about the WebCard program. If you purchase a Radar Trainer software CD, for example, you may get a “webcard” in the box that reminds you that the Radar Trainer serial number can be used to get a webcard online. If you purchase a qualifying product that does not normally have a serial number (a sextant, for example), then we include a “webcard” in that box with a specific serial number on it that can be used to sign up for a webcard online.
