All address changes, changes to your checking or credit card account or any other inquiries must be submitted in writing to: NCAA FINAL FOUR, C/O CHASE, 1 EAST OHIO STREET, SUITE IN1-0044, INDIANAPOLIS, IN 46277. All correspondence must include a copy of the “Thank You/Payment Confirmation” page (Page 10) showing the Ticket Application Tracking Number. Changes must be received by December 1st, 2009, to be processed before tickets are mailed in February, 2010.
