How Do You Make Mexican Taco Pie?
This taco pie recipe is perfect for the “Kitchen Dummy” and takes no more than 20 mins. from start to finish. Wonderful dish for the unexpected dinner guests… Brown 1lb of ground beef in a skillet, once browned add the taco seasoning per the instructions on the packet. Once you have made the seasoning add in sour cream. Usually 1/2 of the tub so you keep the pie moist once baked. stir into the burger and taco seasoning and add 3/4 bag of Chili Cheese Frito’s. Mix all together in skillet to insure the Frito’s are covered with seasoning mixture. Set aside burger mixture and open biscuits. Place uncooked biscuits into a 9″ pie pan. Press biscuits out so they make a pie shell. Make sure you have the biscuits go up the side of the pan to form a side crust also. Pour the burger and Frito mixture into the pie pan. Place shredded or slices of cheddar cheese on top to cover burger and Frito’s. Cook the pie accordingly to the instructions on the bake of the biscuit container. After cooked let
