We can show it for you. If our client buys your home, Crawford Realty does receive the buyer’s agent commission you have offered, along with our % listing commission, up to a maximum total of 3%. Your home will be offered to local Realtors® in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for Birmingham so they can show and sell your home. If they sell your home, you pay the low Crawford Realty fee of % and you pay the real estate professional that brings the buyer the fee you agreed to and quoted in the MLS listing. You will still save thousands. No matter how it sells or who sells, you save.
