How Do You Make Fake Facial Blood?
Halloween costumes can be made instantly with any outfit and some fake blood. Put on a suit, some plastic framed glasses and some facial blood and you can pass as a dead librarian, or wear your regular clothes and some fake blood and you can be a dead version of yourself. Making your own fake blood at home is easy and uses ingredients that can be found at any grocery store. Corn syrup blood can be made quickly and will dry faster on your face than corn starch blood, which requires more ingredients but looks more realistic. Measure one cup of corn syrup using a liquid measuring cup and place it in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Mix in one tbsp. water, two tbsp. red food coloring and one tsp. yellow food coloring with a metal spoon. Brush the blood onto your face with a paintbrush and allow it to dry. Mix five tbsp. corn starch and 1/3 cup warm water in a medium-sized mixing bowl until the corn starch has dissolved. Stir in 2/3 cup corn syrup. Add four tsp. of red food coloring, one tbsp. o
