What is “Rush Processing?
Rush processing guarantees that your package will be shipped out the same day you order it, assuming you placed your order before 2PM EST. If your order is placed after 2pm, it will guarantee that we ship it out the next day. This does not mean that it will be shipped overnight, this simply guarantees that we will ship it via whichever method you prefer by that day. Most of our orders go out the same or next day, but this is a great way to ensure that no matter what happens, we’re going to put your books on the highest priority.
If you need to receive your order faster than the standard processing time shown, you will have the option to rush your order for an additional fee. Rush availability will depend upon the stock status, and a customer service representative will contact you if the rush processing is not available for any reason. Once we have begun processing your order, rush processing is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
