It “recognizes” that wave as your stride and it filters out other wave lengths that do not match your stride. This results in an error rate of less than 1%. This means you can wear it in your pocket, bag, around your neck or on your belt. In other words, all you have to do is walk, then plug it into the computer and start tracking your success.
