How does UBV recruit volunteers?
We use a number of tactics. We use an online vacancy data base, posters, dedicated notice boards, student email, we have contacts with academic staff, and we take referrals from the Careers Advisers. All of the volunteer placements are detailed on our online vacancy data base which is widely available to students, graduates and staff. In addition, we run a number of recruitment events throughout the year so that we can speak directly with new groups of students.
