Disclosures are accurate on the day they are issued. If your organisation is regulated by an official body (i.e. CQC or OFSTED), you will need to follow their official guidance. If you have obtained a Disclosure for one of your staff and there is no legal requirement to have it updated regularly, it is down to your own policy as to how often you should have it renewed.
