I have a large paint job where the owners want us to clean black algae from the brushed concrete tiles. They are white slurry coat and the algae comes back really quickly. Any suggestions?

Fungi Shield (Eologel, USA) is an anti-algae coating that can be jobsite applied. You might explore this option by calling 888-545-6307. I am in the process of finalizing plans for a home in Florida. I am planning on using your tiles and would like to upgrade the underlayment from 30# felt. What are my options? I plan on venting ridges and hips with ProtectoWrap’s “Tile Flash Vent Tape”. Also, can you tell me how far the ridge and hip boards should project above the top plane of the battens? The roof will have a 6/12 pitch. I have not yet finalized my choice of battens. Why do you think your EBS is superior to Trimline’s “Flow-Thru” or a regular counter batten installation. Also, are your Batten Extenders compatible with the EBS? The minimum underlayment in Florida is a No. 43. Modified bitumen membranes are usually good upgrades. Vent tape for hip and ridges is not an approved system. The Ubbink off-ridge vents would be more efficient as well as more waterproof.
