If you have more than one appliance running on the same outlet as your convection oven, try running your convection oven by itself. Test the switches on your convection oven with a volt-ohm meter. Remove the door and shelves from your oven and remove the screws behind the timer knob and around the edging to lift off the control-panel housing. Set your volt-ohm meter on the RX1 scale and touch the probes to the terminals. Your meter should read high ohms with your switch on broil and should read zero if your switch is on convection.
