How Do You Deal With A Broken Arm?

0

We all know how much it hurts to break your arm. This is about how to deal with the pain you may experience. The first thing you need to do is sit in a chair or lay down on a couch so that you are comfy. Take the pillow and put it under your cast so that your arm is eluvated. Take the Hot water bottle and place on your shoulder if your cast goes up that high. If it is only about half way up your arm place the Hot water bottle near the top of the cast. Leave the hot water bottle on this spot for about 10 minutes. You will feel some tingling in your fingers but this is alright. It just means that the blood is flowing. You now need to take teh Ice pack and put it on the two spots mentioned above in step 3. The Ice will take down any swelling that you may have. Keep your arm on the ice for about 10 minutes. You will start to feel a little more relaxed with the pain.
