How Do You Make A Fondant Daisy?
Fondant daisies add depth and dimension to a spring cake. Daisies can be made in many different colors and sizes, making them a perfect addition to any cake, cupcake, or treat. Be creative when adding these bright flowers to your special treat. Knead the fondant until it becomes soft and easier to work with. Shape into a ball and place in the center of the mat lightly sprinkled with powdered sugar. Roll it out with a rolling pin until it has less than 1/8th of an inch thickness. Cut out two blossoms for every fondant flower you want to make and place into the sealed container. Make sure to press firmly. If needed, take a knife to gently remove the excess fondant from the outer edges of the cutter. Take out one petal and place it on the thin foam mat. Press the veining edge of the tool from the center of the petal out to the edge. Continue until all petals are complete. Place the daisy into a plastic shaper and take out another blossom from the sealed container. Repeat the petal shaping
