Hearthstones can be used to teleport you to an Inn. You can change the Inn that you will teleport to by ‘checking in’ with the Innkeeper of that Inn. If you do not have a Hearthstone, you can get one from the Innkeeper. Hearthstones can only be used once every 60 real life minutes.
