In general, every unRAID release announcement contains the instructions for upgrading the unRAID software. See the Release Notes page. The Release Time Line section contains links to all of the release announcements. The instructions are explained in more detail here, for upgrading from v4.2 and later. Only 2 files need to be copied (bzroot, bzimage). For the upgrade to v4.4.2, there are 3 files (bzroot, bzimage, memtest) to copy. For another description of this upgrade, with good tips, see this.
