GOLF HAWAII CARDs are produced and mailed twice per-month (on or about the 15th and 30th day of each month). If you need faster service, RUSH orders are processed upon receipt for an additional $5 per-subscriber. Additionally, you may also choose from two (2) RUSH SHIPPING options, if needed. Those options are fully outlined on our subscription form, which can be printed directly from our website by clicking on “Subscribe” in the left menu/navigation bar. Please note: RUSH SHIPPING is not included in the basic RUSH fee of $5 per-subscriber.
