What Is SpywareBlaster?
SpywareBlaster is a program that is designed to prevent spyware and malware from being installed on a computer system. The program differs from typical anti-spyware programs in that there is no scanning or removal involved. SpywareBlaster prevents scripts such as ActiveX from running on websites that can infect a computer with malware. Features include the ability to block Flash content, create backups of the system hosts file and manage various browser settings.
