Sec. 6301 et seq.), California Education Code Section 60900 requires local educational agencies to use unique pupil identification numbers (Statewide Student Identifiers or SSIDs) for students enrolled public K-12 local educational agencies, and retain all data required by NCLB, including but not limited to, data required to calculate enrollment in addition to dropout and graduation rates.
