What is a PMA?
A PMA (planned maintenance agreement) is a yearly contract for residential customers. It includes a furnace clean and check in the fall, and an air conditioning clean and check in the spring. It can also include your comfort accessories (humidifier, air cleaner, etc…) at reduced rates. You also receive a 15% discount on repairs, preferred customer service, and 24 hour emergency service. We mail you reminder postcards, so you never miss a clean and check!
