How to Make a Poached Egg?
Poached eggs are easy to make. Add water to a pot 5 or 6 inches deep. Season the water with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and then turn down to medium. Crack an egg into a cup and slowly poor the egg into the water. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes and remove the egg with a slotted spoon. Serve with toast and you have yourself breakfast.
