You can report the new credit card number by contacting the City of Long Beach by telephone at (562) 570-7101 with the new number and remitting a new signed and dated Marina Recurring Credit Card Authorization Form, to City of Long Beach, Billing and Collections Section, ATTN: Marina Billing – Lobby Level, 333 W. Ocean Boulevard, Long Beach, CA 90802. In 2006, the City will start charging a convenience fee on all payments by Credit or Debit cards.
