What is a DTR or DDR?
Each department on campus has a Department Telecommunications Representative (DTR) and a Department Data Representative (DDR) who is responsible for submitting work requests to move, add, or change service. A department must apply for authorized access for any new DTR/DDR (please visit http://nts.umd.edu/access/ for more details). Consultation and training is offered.
