Do CSC have human rights?
So first, your ex-husband is a jerk. He has absolutely no right whatsoever to ‘take’ children that you and your current husband, boyfriend or lover have. If he’s not the father, then his rights are non-existent. Second, assuming that you are currently caring for children that you had with your ex, and you are also currently living with your current husband, I guess it’s possible that he could go to court and seek custody of the children he fathered…but this is completely separate from you having children with your current husband. If you have cared fo the children for years without problems, and can show that your currwent husband’s record is being contested, I think you have a very strong case to keep custody. Only if your ex-husband can show abuse of his own children does he stand a realistic chance to have them taken from you. Third, your current husband appears to have gotten a pretty bad deal. He has grounds for appeal in that he didn’t speak English, a translator wasn’t supplie
