What is Physical Earth Science?
Our degree scheme in Physical Earth Science (FF86) combines physical geography (study of the natural processes on the Earth’s surface) with physical aspects of geology, including the processes of sedimentation and the interpretation of sedimentary rocks, and the use of geophysics to probe the Earth’s interior. The degree scheme is taught by staff from the Geography department.
