How do I request an Expungement?
An Expungement is a court proceeding that can set aside certain convictions and allow you to say, under certain conditions, that you were never convicted of that offense. The Ventura Superior Court has a description of what an Expungement is and how you can go about applying for one on their website here. The forms you’ll need to complete can be found on the California Judicial Council’s website.
