WHAT ARE WebRings?
If you are unfamiliar with WebRings, they are simply a method of linking together web sites that contain similar content or share a common theme. They allow people who are surfing the web for information to find sites they otherwise might not come across using search engines. WHY JOIN? For you, the web site owner, WebRings provide visitors (traffic). If you have taken the time to create a web site, even if you do not sell directly to the public from the site, the added exposure that the ring creates may ultimately lead to new customers. It is just another form of casting a broad advertising net and the cost is free.
