What is the Fat Flush Diet?
The Flat Flush Diet is a diet and exercise plan designed to do two things: detox your system and help you to loose weight. There is a book available called “The Flat Flush Plan”. This is a 3-phase plan: the first phase is very restrictive with caloric intake limited to 1100-1200 per day. The second is the ongoing phase which you should stay on until you reach your goal. The third phase is the maintenance phase designed for you to maintain the weight loss that you have achieved. Like any other diet plan, you must stick to it to see and maintain results.
