Civic Amenity Site – Where is it?
The Civic Amenity site (the Tip) is on Island Road, off the inbound carriageway of the A33, just past Madejski Stadium. The site has extensive recycling facilities and will accept household waste from the Reading area. Trade waste will only be accepted with a pre-paid voucher. There is a four tonne vehicle limit. Open 7 days a week 8.00am – 8.00pm from April to end September and 8.00am – 6.00pm from October to end March.
