What is MHEC e-Transcript?
MHEC e-Transcript (or MHEC ETI) is the name given to the eleven-state initiative which will offer a mechanism to facilitate the transfer of student information between the Midwests public and private high schools and to the Midwests public and private colleges and universities in a consistent format, as well as enable transfer among all participating Midwest postsecondary institutions. It will seek collaboration between each of the states Higher Education Commissions and Departments of Education to ensure all public and private secondary and postsecondary institutions have the ability to implement and utilize the service over the three year term of the contract. This initiative is unprecedented in its size and completeness of offering and will be a major time, cost and resource savings for all participants.
